Please do let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. If your item does not reach you in perfect condition please contact us within 7 days. We do our best to ensure the items we sell are not damaged in the post, but if this occurs we will need some information from you so that we can organise returns and / or replacement. Damaged goods will need to be returned to us, therefore we advise checking your item on receipt and refusing any damaged items. The courier will then return them to us.
Unwanted items may be returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, for a full refund. We regret that postage costs cannot be refunded unless goods are being returned due to an error on our part. This applies to both outbound and return postage. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returned earrings unless faulty.
Please kindly note that, because Fair Trade products are all handmade and not mass produced, you may find minor imperfections in some products. This does NOT mean that the item is faulty or flawed as such, but this is your assurance that you are receiving a genuinely hand crafted Fair Trade product.
